Guys, there is some serious confusion here...i heard many politicians saying that this 10 percent Resv. is injustice to poor upper caste becuse they are 85 percent of upper caste in that reservation and they have to compete in that 10 percent. Is it true that they will not be allowed to take that 40 percent unreserved left seats even if they qualify the cutoff ? And is it also true that from today onwards SC, ST and OBC will have to compete in their quota only.....please only correct factual knowledgable guys respond...please clear doubt on todays bill

This 10% reservation for all those who do not enjoy any pre existing vertical reservation, i.e., SC/ST/OBC-NCL will be able to avail this 10% only if they leave their caste reservation benefit and able to suffice to UR-EWS conditions.
