Political motive behind 10% game--- cut 10% from ur and give them back with poor clause..now real game begin how can anyone with 8lac annual income be poor ...they want 80% gen to be within this bracket of 10% so actual benefit would be nullified..n their main motive of vote bank politics will be fulfilled...now everyone will get that certificate n will think bjp has done something big for gen.
