My opinion is government will go with the cancellation. Because, first they wanna keep the fiscal deficit low which can be achieved only by lowering the number of government jobs.
Second, if they annouce 12k or 14k or even 15k vacancies for CGL18, they still will not have to pay as much as they would have had to pay for separate 10k vacancies each year.
Third, or upar se elections aane wale hai. Number of vacancies high bata denge 2018 me. Kam government spending hogi or log ch*tiya bhi ban jaayenge. Jaake BJP ko vote deke aayenge. Government ki aish hi aish.
court is pushing SSC to either accept that exam was corrupted or catch all the cheaters...but CBI itself cant find those cheaters then who can...so it will come on cancellation ...but i think it the hear in supports of students too as they are most affected...mere samajh se SC abhi bas dara rhi hai..lekin usne apna rukh saf kar dia hai...keep PATIENCE WAIT TILL 13

By any chance....Is there ny possibility of cancellation of TIER-1 of 2017 or it will be just Tier2.????? I dont think Sup court ever mention tht the entire process of CGL17... I think the SC may cancel tier2 only. Wat you say guys????
