I still don't understand why people here are confused why SC is thinking of cancelling the entire exam.
They have no way to know which candidates were genuine. They don't even have a way to know if "cheating" also took place in Tier-1 or not. Given that people within SSC were at least partly responsible for the cheating, it is entirely possible that they might have helped some candidates in Tier-1 too.

Yaar vaise agar technical term mai dekha jaiye yeh jitne be centre bante hai online exam ke lie ,agar aap yaha kabhe aise timepass krne jaho u will amazed to know that mostly computers in these center have no antivirus installed in their computer and there is no proper firewall and cheating mafia can easily install these type of remote access virus in it which can give them full privelieges to access those computers in those centers ,SSC ko aise center rakhne chahie zaha par fully secure computer ho , nhi to aise cheating chalte rhege aaage bhe aur sirf vendor change krne se kuch nhi hoga

I thought that the guiding philosophy for entire judicial system was ‘Let a hundred guilty be acquitted but one innocent should not be convicted’. But apparently that’s not the case anymore.
Considering everything that we have been through and still nowhere close to our destination with even the Supreme Court betraying us, I think its time for us to unite and fight together. I never really believed in Protests and Dharnas but I think it’s the only choice that we have.
SC decisions have been overturned in the past or has been referred to a larger bench. I think the government is only interested in saving its face, SC Judges are interested in teaching morality to others and people like Prashant Bhushan are here just to score political points. No one represents us in this case it seems to me. SC is just taking a easy route out because catching a infected fish out of 100 is much more difficult that draining the entire pond which is what SC is doing by cancelling the exam. And why the hell they don’t want the CBI report to be made public. Something is fishy I must say.
I am not gonna tell my entire life story here but gist is that I left a lot of good opportunities for this. I have no problem with re-exam if SC can guarantee that this wont happen again and SSC can speed up the entire process in 3-4 months. Someone in this group said the burden of being the victim of this cruel system is just too damn high that it is impossible to bear. I not only agree with him but invite all people like him to please unite and figure a way out of this.
Lastly, to anyone who is gonna reply with “Padhai karo isse kuch nahi hoga” I would politely ask them not to comment on this post.

Now welcome to India legal system....what you have seen till now and what u will be seeing next ..in CGL..is just glimpse of our legal system...(they are not delaying it ...ever heard of pending case in courts ,,,,,now ur case is one of them)now u will know the answer of the question that how a convicts get acquited in the court...due to these loopholes...and then people suffer...it's just normal practice.... we are making. Issue of it.. because we are suffering it now ..otherwise who cares....
