For aspirants who is asking for guidance about joining po or clerk, to continue further preparation. Clerk le lo, koi bhi tumko 5.30 ke baad nai rok skta jaane se. Union bhi bahut strong hai clerk ka. Clerk me rhoge to din raat aage badhne ka sochoge aur cgl ka padhoge. Bank po me bahut workload aur pressure hai . Itne mehnat ke baad kabhi kabhi lgega ki officer to ban gya hu ab cgl ka kyu prepare kru. But in reality bank po is like a chaprasi. Koi bhi 2 kaudi ka aadmi kuch bhi bol ke ja skta hai po ko. Let me put it brutally here. Since we all are anonymous to each other. A lot of people confused between po and clerk. Jinko urgent paise chahie, who have family obligations ,financial constraints, shadi karke settle hona hai sidha ya those who really wish to grow a career in finance with no looking back join as a po. Those who have family support, little to slight financial problem, who want to enjoy the life, those who want to study for further exams join as a clerk.
As per a brutal circa 24A/243/2018 michionization of bank jobs will happen under which in lieu of merging bank jobs will be put on hold for joining till 2020.
