Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2017 (Tier-I) was successfully conducted by the Commission w.e.f. 5.8.2017 to 23.8.2017.
A total of 15,43,962 candidates appeared in this examination which was conducted in 43 Batches across the Country.
The Commission will upload the tentative answer keys for inviting challenges from the candidates on 18.9.2017.

Simple question : Last year many candidates(thousands) were in 160+ bracket. Can anyone this year confirm they'll be getting 160+, 170+this year with ease ? Last year my marks were 155, and my AIR rank stood at 15000. Very few this year can claim they'll get 160+ with ease, forget 170+ or 180+. How can then the cutoff be 5-6 marks less than last year when majority of sincere candidates are falling in 130-150 bracket ? The median curve will hover between 120-130 bracket at best. Inflated 80+ or 90+ attempts doesn't necessarily translate into 160+ or 170+ this year. Last year case was different when extra 15 minutes made candidates come back to their tagged questions and solve them(at least 10) with accuracy. Last year there was parity in shifts and days, questions being very easy to easy. This year there difference in toughness in shifts and days with difficulty easy to moderate. People claiming 140+ cutoff etc are just conceited pricks जिनका पेपर अच्छा गया है(compared to others) , but still they'll hardly be crossing 160 this year.
