One of my neighbor in my society had some heated altercation with another neibhor over car parking whole society came out to end the tension b/w two... Next day police came and arrested one of them under sc/St act as other filed fir against him under that act..... He spent next three days in jail and trials begin in district court somehow he escaped but in reality this act was misused everyone in our society knows this.. From that day I think twice while talking to any guy having sc/St right...who knows when he would use his right according to ncrb report submitted in supreme court 75% cases under sc/St act were fabricated and misused to harrass other community after that submission supreme court passed order to first hold enquiry by dgp or adg within seven days before arrest. Against that decision sc/St called nationwide bharat band on April 2 ..govt succumbed to that pressure by all political party and his own vote bank politics they passed ordinance against court order.... Today UR held bharat band to restore court order... But question still remains where r we heading in the future..... Insecurity is the seed to demolition of nation

RTI ke reply mein ssc ne kaha ki tier 3 ka result hold par rakha hain. Mujhe laga hearing ke date postpone hone par ssc tier 3 ka result declare karega lekin abhi toh ssc chodkar kuch dusra karna padega. Bbye pgians!
Ok Last post , PG is getting worse and worse day by day , not our fault , everyone is frustrated here , it's legit. We gave our 2 yrs and now everything is in dark. Hope we get justice soon.
