If CGL 2017 is cancelled, it means India is not a democracy but a mobocracy. Because the number of candidates failing in any exam will always be more than those qualifying. Therefore in the end, everything just boils down to number game. Jiski laathi uski bhains. I am against those who will qualify any exam by using unfair means. But the Principle of Natural justice should be taken into consioderation. No innocent person should be punished even if a criminal gets away with his crime. Because if a criminal gets away with crime, he will still remain a criminal, but if any innnocent person is punished for a crime which he did not commit, it will shake his faith in Judiciary which will set up a very abd precedent. • To prevent fraudsters entering in service thereby preserve rights of deserving

buffer action: if outcome doesnt come in our favour, we are having discussion that we will file a PIL again on the point that no fraudster should enter in the service no matter how long it takes in recruitment process. Justice must prevail no matter if it is late.

Bhai sabhi log 2 groups m bat gye h koi kahta h cancel karo koi kahta h nahi karna chaiye but koi bhi cheaters ko pakadne ka nahi kah raha 1. Agar cancel hota h to cheaters ko dusra chance mil jaega. Maybe wo bachne ke lie wapas paper na de ya fir se esi hi harkat kare to fir cancel re-exam. But baat yeh h ko wo bach ke nikal jaenge 2. Agar cancel nahi hota h aur court cheaters ko jane deti h to bhi wo bach jaenge To iska kya solution h? I personally feel ki cheaters ko pakadna jaruri h chahe time lag jaye thoda aur but cancel karke bakio ki mehnat na kharab karo

Agar ye log cheaters ko trap nahi ker paye to sach m Lanat h anti corruption ya CBI jesi indian agencies per.
