I don't think they will cancel .stay is a stay . need strong proofs to cancel the whole examination . I don't think there r any evidences to cancel whole process . I didn't give cgl 17 but im furious and worried because chsl 17 also got stay , the only exam I gave ;@

the apex court said "it can't permit people benefitting from SSC examination scam to get into service." i am getting a feeling that some kind of strong proof they have got.

I don't think CBI's new report will have much more than the previous one. Regarding the custodian of paper getting involved in another exam, it was already mentioned in the previous report. Remember the stay for results is already there, Supreme Court has just confirmed it on the petitioner's request. There is a need to clarify whether the stay is for final result which is already there or for Tier 3. There is no cancellation possible as the exam is already taken again. Read 2013 CGL cancellation judgement, cancellation is not for the entire process but for the shifts who have not taken a re exam so the CBI has mentioned the shift in focus is only 21st, even if it is cancelled, we don't need to take re exam as it is already done. The tentative date for next hearing is 07/09/2018
Whole year spent in anxiety and insecurity.. now even stay feels like cancellation of hopes & destruction of desires.. ssc has taken away our fundamental right to be happy... Never felt such despair & helplessness..

Today's case... NDOH 7.9.18... It is sure that SC z getting into the case seriously... Today they put a stay on results.. however SSC z free to carry out dv n all.... MY OPINION:- We will get our good or bad news in 2 or 3 hearings further i.e. in SEPTEMBER i guess... so this is the crucial month... Hope for the Best...
It is really a big blow to many serious candidates, especially those who have worked really hard and desperately trying to get a job. One thing is clear that the results will get delayed but that doesn't mean CGL 17 will get scrapped. Do not get demotivated at this moment. Stay calm and focused. CGL is a hell and we have to face all these things.
Ye govt job mein kuch nahi rakha chalo 2-3 mandir aur 2-3 masjid girate hai maza aayega fir gandi gandi gaali denge ek doosre ko aur dange krenge, maza aayega

SSC is a chu administration. should learn from railway Board to how to handle legal cases. RRB ka first hearing me reject ho jata hai . rrb ke notification sab clear hota hai pehle se hi unlike SSC 😬
