My father had purchased a TATA ACE commercial vehicle on my name from a person naming AK MISHRA who is claiming himself to be a BJP POLITICIAN. The vehicle is financed from UNION BANK OF INDIA on his wife name. We had an agreement that we will pay emi of 6500 plus 1000 extra to him in addition to 25000 downpayment. but later we came to know from bank that he has 15000 default in bank. The emi in bank is 7300 not 6500. We had been paying emi on scheduled date in bank now with adequate receipts. But AK mishra is harassing my father and mother mentally and he had also slapped my father in his home. He had various cases against him from fraud to attempting rape. Last night he came to my house when me and my father was not there and my mother was terrified. He always calls my father and say 'itne paise jama kar wrna gadi khich lunga' . We had tried to lodge a complaint against him in ghazipur thana but the incharge MR. SUJEET RAI has said that we cannot do anything just pay full amount and get your vehicle transferred.. If we had such money then why would i pay him. We are a middle class family and father is a honest person with no such records. He is a heart patient and his health is decreasing day per day. AK MISHRA has four cheques of my bank account and he always threat me that he will file a court case against me and destroy my future. My dream is upsc or ssc and if such thing happened my futuire will surely get destroy. please suggest a solution.
