Offtopic hai. Please comment only if you are/hav been in relationship.
1-You love a girl, She loves you. The kind which is called "innocent love", less of physical and more of emotional stuff.
2- You both have to go separate ways when you both enter college, but you both promise to hold it together.
3- Things go smoothly till 3 years, with nothing to suggest that there was even a slight dip in the affection from other side.
4- Things start to go rough in her Final year. She undergoes a behavioral change, develops "certain" habits(read smoking, weed etc). Needless to say, your connection with her takes a hit.
5- You constantly try to assess whats the matter, but to no avail. Naturally, you get frustrated and desperate. Especially while living an aspirant's life. I am sure many will agree how horrific it is.
6- After an year or so, she confesses things to you. Things which you did not expect in your dreams. She had an affair with her so called "best friend" and went into depression as she could not handle the guilt.
7- You are begged for a second chance. But your mind is wrecked and you isolate yourself. This happened 1 and a half years ago.
8- You still get occassional calls, but now they are more formal. She understands your situation and doesn't say things like please come back n all.
9- You don't know whether she has truly moved on with her life.
10- So, as a gist, You are clear in your mind that this thing is over, there's no future with someone whom you don't trust anymore, But you still get into that dreaded "flashback zone" every few days.
I would love to know how those of you who have faced similar stuff, deal with it.
And yes, Add to that the never ending trauma of tortuous SSC CGL 2017.
