There was a guy who scored 547 in cgl 2016 ...he opted for TA in cbdt and also got TA in Jaipur ....he could have gotten excise but in Chennai ....What do you say about this guy ....he is the topper in TA batch 2016 ....do you count as a wise man who gave preference to his priorities or a stupid person
