Subject: Requirement of delay in joining process.
Sir,
I would like to divert your kind attention and important time towards my concern regarding joining. My joining as a marketing manager is due tomorrow in the organisation but i am unable to join it for next couple of months.
Lately, i have been hit by a car while crossing the road and got fractures in both my right arm and right leg. Doctor has advised me complete bed rest for next couple.of months. Therefore, I won’t be able to join you tomorrow.
I kindly request you to delay my joining by a couple of months. I hope to join the organisation in sound health.

Essay: Demonetization is the process of scrapping certain currency bills by a government in its nation. In India's context, it refers to the scraping of ₹500 nd ₹1000 bills and replacing it with newly designed bills of ₹500 and ₹2000. The prime objective of demonetization was to raise the indian economy. It also aimed at making india digital and its economy cashless. ................(Para 2) There were many causes which lead to demonetization. High denomination bills are often used in cash involving illegal activities. Many people store money at home either to evade tax or it is earned through illegal activities. "Hawala Process", terror funding, money laundering- all are done in high denomination bills.................. (Para3) Demonetization has helped our economy to a great extent. Banks have flourished, tax departments have generated very high revenue and certain raids are being also done by authorities. Now govt has enough revenue to implement its social schemes more easily. It has helped in making our economy cashless and digital................. (Para3) It has also caused troubles as many deaths were reported due to chaos at banks and post offices. Still, the people have supported the government's decision.............. (Para4) Many economists have criticised demonetization but surely its merits overshadow its demerits. Demonetization with the help of "Digital India" campaign has brought more transparency. People have seen and will see mor benefits of it, in the future, towards their cause.
