if it crossed word limit ..I wrote 300 words first then ii crossed 20. i heard last year they evaluated even if it crossed 275.. plz anyone tell me... It could be evaluated or not???

Blunder ho gya. M toh gaya L lag gaye mere. 1- Mene subject mention nai kiya, bhul gaya. 2- Demonetization ki burai kardi like:- still terrorist attack in j&k, naxal attacks, 99% currency again reached in bank.
