Indian space research organisation (Isro) is an Indian space agency started in 1969 by vikram sarabhai .Isro has maintained a reputation of one the finest Indian goverment institutions that has launched many satellites sucessfully. Isro works under department of space goverment of India.

Isro is also workin with internation space agencies such as NASA and european space agencies . With NASA its doing NISAR project to co-develop and launch a dual frequency synthetic aperture radar satellite to be used for remote sensing. Isro is also helping countries in south east asia to launche their satellites . The recent south asia satelite lauched for south asian countries such as bhutan, malidives ,srilanka, bangladesh, nepal ,afghnisthan will help them in
provide crucial information on tele-medicine, tele-education, banking and television broadcasting opportunitie .
