This time Tier 3 will come as a shock to many. Strict checking and out of the box topics will leave even serious candidates into negative side of the result. Cutoffs will fall by 30 -40 marks due to low marks in Tier3 , Tier 3 will be a serious stuff this time.Even getting 33 will be tough. #Bitter_Truth_ka_bhi_baap
