Hi guys... I am selected in SSC JE 2016 in CPWD (Civil engg). My zone is also allotted as NR. Appointment letter is yet to come... Would i require CHARACTER CERTIFICATE which maybe is generated in DM's office as like it is required in Military Engg Services??? Pls reply cuz till where i knw it takes a lot of time to get that certificate...
