Indian goverment has recenttly announce national Biopharma mission so as stregthen its Biopharma industry. India being faced with large no of communicable and non communicabledisease its important that people can get medicines at an affordable price.
There has been some issue in biopharma industry as there is less amount of research being done on more medicine,there is improper coordination between goverment and industry players, less spending by goverment on reseach and development.
To help in solving these issue the biopharma mission aims to boost the entrepreneurship culture in Pharma industry .It aims to increase the share from 2.8 percent to 5 percent at a global level resulting in increased business opportunity for industry players. The mission aims to create India a hub of pharma production and development.It also looks at the holistic development of the entire value chain of pharma industry.The mission will be implemented by Birac under ministry of science and development
As more and more multinational companies from western countries are increasing there market in india it becomes important for the country to develop its own industry and have a healthy competition with foriegn players so ultimately the patient is benifited and not exploited.The above steps taken are good enough to take india pharma sector to next level.
But some more things can be added in this like we should promote entrepreneurship in doctors to open there companies in pharma sectors at college level itself, we should collobrate with our companies with other foriegn companies so that technology trasfer can occur. 100 % FDI should be promoted in pharma sector .

Delhi Air pollution Essay
With a population density of more than 10000 per square km delhi rapid urbanisation has created many challenges for the people air pollution being one of them.
Today Delhi air quality is one of the worst among all capital of the world .The Who recently published report in which delhi was among the top 10 polluted cities in the world .The air quality index given by cpcb has shown that PM2.5 many a times goes up 200 .The levels of other gas is also very high some of them being sulphur dioxide,carbon monoxide,nitrogen dioxide etc. All these gases have a potential of causing lungs disease even they can cancer.
Some of the reason of high air pollution in delhi is large population , less public vehicle, improper implementation of rules by indutries, use of petcoke ,construction activities,farm burning by haryan and punjab farmers are some of the causes.
The Indian goverment has formed many bodies like NGT ,CPCB, even supreme court has formed EPCA to control pollution. Last year the delhi goverment came out with odd even rule was a positive step. The recent banning of pet coke by sc in delhi is also a good move.
But inspite this there need to be some greater steps that need to be taken awareness needs to be generated among citizen how they are suscetible to cancer and lungs disease ,civil organisation and ngo support is needed , Heavy fines need to be imposed on induatrial factories who voilates the norm, CPCB and NGT should be given more powers and mus be held accountable for high pollution,the issue of subtle burning needs to resolved between haryan ,delhi and punjab goverment.
Its high time that we should take these steps like China recently did . All these steps will make our environment a more pleasant space to live in and help achieve india sustanable development goals.
