They generally tell hard work prevails.. but even luck has its importance.. mine was on Feb 17th, the toughest shift and my maths marks were 166.. if i would have got shift on mar 9th, my marks would have been increased by atleast 10/15.. feeling little bit depressed but still destiny has its own plans for everyone..

Have seen some guys getting demotivated because of high scores being scored by others. They rightly feel that this year, scores have increased much higher and that chance of getting a post is lesser after seeing the marks. But one thing to keep in mind is that, people who generally score high marks tend to share their scores much more on social platforms like FB and PG, while people scoring low may not share their marks. So people posting high marks are a very small sample and won't decide the cutoff. Personally I feel, that cutoffs will remain same as last year or fall by 5 marks, no chance of it going beyond last year as some people are suggesting, just prepare well for T3, whether u are going to score 50 or 70 marks is totally in ur hands, that's a difference of 20 marks right there.
