Hello guys, after investing 3 months regularly in the gym and eating 3kg muscleblaze whey protein + 4 eggs daily + 500gm almonds per month + 1lt milk daily + 5 Rotis daily. Initially i gain 2 kg (now 62.3kg and 5.7 height). But since last 1 month i am unable to gain a single gram of weight despite same routine. What should i do to gain weight, i mean lean muscles.
