Now I am worried sick.What if Commission decides that instead of English +maths cutoff out of 400 ,it will take individual marks in math and English. Got only 137.5 in maths. I hope they change the rule and take t2 cutoff out of 400.
Now everyone agrees that t2 separate cutoff will be there to write t3.initially everyone was skeptical.

Btw, English won't increase the marks of toppers as much as maths will decrease their marks. So overall, cutoff for interview posts should decrease more than the cutoff for non interview posts. This is based on the simple principle that the extent to which marks can increase on the upper side is limited whereas the lower limit can go down as much as it can.
