It is very clear according to notice that tier 1 marks will be added while preparing the Final merit list,but tier 2 will have separate cutoff (maths + English).and only people qualifying BOTH t1 and t2 separately will be called for t3. T2 cutoff will be 300+ ,so please plan accordingly.Just a heads up.

Now I am worried sick.What if Commission decides that instead of English +maths cutoff out of 400 ,it will take individual marks in math and English. Got only 137.5 in maths. I hope they change the rule and take t1+t2 cutoff out of 600.
