OBC certificate mera application date ke baad hei.. 2017 wala cgl ka document verification ke samay problem hoga ya? I dont recall mentioning of crtical date in 2017 notification.. but 2018 notification has this..

Indirect Tax collection in India------- Pre-GST, most services fell in 15% tax slab. Post-GST, they have been included in 18% GST slab. An increase from 15% to 18% means we have increased our taxes by 20%. So rationally our indirect tax collections in services should have atleast increased by 20% even if we take stagnant economic activity. But still our tax collections grew by only 13% in services. What it means? A receding economy. In practical terms "receding services economy" means millions of job losses, which can also be seen in 3 crore applicants in Railway jobs.
