Some people are foolishly praising Raju pig. Here are some facts about normalization case: 1) They requested Tier1 to annulled and reconducted along with normalization. 2) Some beggar admins of that group weren't able to qualify tier1 and requested interim relief which is allowing them to appear for Tier-2. It was rejected by court. This point wasn't made public. 3) So called PIL for refroms isn't what it appears. They requested for cancellation/stay of CGL 17 TIER2/results in the mask of reforms. 4) Regarding normalization in CGL 18. Don't expect Tier-2 in this year because of numerous cases. UPSC faces cases against scaling every year but somehow manages to escape because of less transperancy. Just think what'll happen with SSC.

Puys, I applied for CGL 17 entering a permanent address.
Today when I'm trying to apply for CGL 18, I'm not able to change the permanent address or upload a latest photo.
I want to change my permanent address to a different state. Will it pose a problem in future if I want my state posting? What to do?
