QUERY REGARDING RAS 👍 

ek questions hai thoda ajeeb lagega, I understand that non rajasthan domicile people apply as general category despite being from a reserved category in thier own state, but EXCEPT under the age relaxation criteria the notification doesn't say anything ki only rajasthan domicile OBC ONLY cam apply under OBC quota. It's not mentioned anywhere, is it?  Can I apply as OBC despite being non rajasthan domicile?

To weed out coaching institutes :

• Recruitment exam to be held after 4-5years of gap
• Short-cuts ,tricks ,tips based questions to be avoided
• Ample exam time to be provided to ascertain practiced guy dont score more than a talented guy
• Re-introduce interviews to de-pressurise written exam
