Posting it again... They should follow jee like allocation? For eg.if my first preference is iti delhi.and second is aso in css...third is excise Delhi...they should allot like this. Better job satisfaction..less resignation...better efficiency...what SSC does is iti Delh... no....go to iti Tamil nadu... Is there a way to change the allocation method?
