Har average Banda English , reasoning, quants me 10-12 kum sahi kar paraha h iss bar..due to diff. Level and 15 min less both. After all cutoff is decided by these average guys only. Thus,cutoff should not anyhow ,go beyond 125.

Last year ka paper 60 min k layak tha...aur iss baar ka 75 min k...to yahin se pata chal jata hai ki cut off will be less than 120

Is baar math lengthy hone ke baad bhi log 80-90 question laga ker aa rahe hai. Cut off General ka kitna jaa sakta hai.
