Hindi or English, which language is better for Tier 3?

Aj ayega tier 2 ka cut off , result and tier 3 dates?

I had a good family business till 2-3 years back. We employed 15 people and earned good money. I never thought of a government job because i had a good family business.
But suddenly came the decision to demonetize the currency. Our payments were not received for nearly 3 months after that and demand for our products remained suppressed for nearly 1-2 years.
Then came the biggest blow, GST. Taxes on our raw products were increased to 28% from previous 8 and 12. It made our output uncompetitive compared to rival big corporate company. We have been permanently thrown out of the business.
The 15 workers we employed also lost their job. We have to suppress our requirements like new freeze , AC, car etc because no business. These freeze, AC are all produced in factory. But since we doesn't purchase them the jobs that might be created in that factory are not created. But it is invisible unemployement. All these decreased business and unemployement never comes in govt. records.

I want to ask something ! , ye kya chakbodi hai bhai ? There's a website called Datacamp , i enrolled for a free course of Machine Learning using 'R' on it , usi website me Pluralsight naam ki ek doosri company ka advt tha ki bhai pluralsight pe aur advanced course hai use karo , i clicked on it , it opened in a new tab and then after having a look at it and realising its not worth i CLOSED the 'pluralsight' page and went back to my Datacamp course .
This was all done in one session of a Chrome Browser .
Next, in the same chrome , i opned a new tab and logged into my Facebook account and VOILA ! THE F**KING 'Pluralsight' advt was thier in my Facebook feed ? BC ye kaise hua ? mind you that i did not mention my FB ID anywhere either on Datacamp and nor on pluuralsight website !
Ye kya mazak hai bhai ? How did Facebook know ki maine Chrome browser se Daatacamp ke through plurlsght ki website kholi thi ? Iska matlab Google and Facebook are mutually sharing all data with each other for all of our activities , even if its simple browsing ! THis is shocking !
As per a call record in facebook result will not come anytime soon because ssc is making sure no wrong candidate gets selected
