Bhai tier 3 kaise prepare kare ye samajh nahi aa raha. I have an idea which can be helpful for almost all of us. Letter writing is not very difficult but writing essay requires fair amount of efforts and preparation. One wilk surely get stuck if he/sje is not prepared for it. What i would suggest is let's post one essay topic everyday and others can prepare an essay on it. This way it will help everyone in preparation and people will be able to cover wide range of issues. Giving one topic a day is not a very difficult task. Lets see of this can be a good mode of preparation

Some people are repeatedly spreading shit that cutoff would go unexpectedly high. My take is this argument is completely false and baseless. You can't decide cutoff by taking into account marks of 3-4 toppers. Maths saw a drop of 30 marks and English increase of 20 on an average. My prediction: 500+--100+, 490+-- 500+ 480+-- 1000+ 470+-- 2000+ Getting 470+ and expecting TA is the worst nonsense I've ever heard till date.
In 10 years a tax assistant of CBDT will become senior than excise Inspector. Thanks to slow promotion in excise.
I know one guy recruited as TA in CBDT in 2012. He is Inspector now, promotion. In excise 2008 recruited inspectors are still inspectors.
