Okay I have a confusion. In the formal letters, the subject should come before or after salutation? Please explain in comments if possible.

Jo bhi 420+ expect kar raha hain UR category main vo T3 ki prepration krte rahe kyuki es bar cut off main dip ane ke bohot chances hain so keep preparing for T3, don't waste time.
It's about time i posted this. I get the point that everyone wants to feel good about themselves but that does not mean you overexpect from you. Thinking that you will get a job through cgl 17 this year even though your marks are more than 500 is like axing your own foot. There is no point in explaining to yourself and being temporarily happy when we all know that it is false hope. Please do not waste your time speculating cutoff ,waiting for answer key and hoping that you may sail through.and then regret later. You may be called to write tier 3 but after 5-6 months. Remember ,its better if you accept your fate and come back in cgl18 with better preparation. I know it is bitter truth but thats how it is. All the best for CGL18. #BitterTruth Peace

Please do not waste your time speculating zonewise vacancies, waiting for RTI reply and hoping that you may sail through.and then regret later. You may be called to appeal in the first appellate but your efforts will be futile. Remember ,its better if you accept your failure and come back in cgl18 with better preparation.
