 padmavat is a boring movie,couldnt even continue watching it beyond the first 20 mins .would watch the rest later on,or maybe I will have to move forward through some of the boring scenes as well. 2 mins of silence for people who wasted their hard-earned money in multiplexes to watch this movie live :)  Bajirao Mastani ,otoh was also a fantasy lore,and didnt at all honour the real warrior hero Bajirao .The original Peshwa Bajirao fought a total of 41 battles,and spent a significant span of his life on battleground,living in tents.However the movie shows him dancing to bollywood tunes.anyway at the least that movie was not boring,like this padmavat.

The process of the preliminary Enquiry must be finished within 3 months of the initiation of the enquiry. Hence, the respective DIsGs are supposed to monitor all the Preliminary Enquiries which are been pending for more than three months.
At the conclusion of enquiry in every PE, the Investigating Officer will prepare an Enquiry Conclusion Report in the prescribed form and submit it to the Superintendent of Police.
The SP will pass final orders in respect of PEs, involving non-gazetted public servants and Non-Commissioned Officers.
