I have a thing to discuss regarding T-3. The Hindu readers must be familiar with the Yes, No, It's Complicated section of the newspaper. What should be the correct approach of writing the essay on a given topic asked in the exam when you have read about it in the above-mentioned section earlier in the newspaper; my doubt is regarding the outlook that we would display in our approach and specifically about the 'it's complicated' section. Wouldn't the examiner see it as a bit incoherent in terms of the personality and view of the candidate regarding the topic? Or shall we stick to the 'yes' approach and showcase a positve outlook with an acknowledgment of the challenges posed? My view is to grasp the points mentioned in each section and use them in a balanced approach with all different aspects well stated but I am concered about the reception of the essay by the examiner; whether he would deem it as an essay by someone who hasn't made up his mind regarding an issue. Let's discuss.

Is saaal maths ka paper difficult tha is se sab k attempt to kam huye hi h is k sath sath accuracy bhi kam rahegi ......jab papaer difficult hota h to jyada attempt maarne k chakar me risk bhi jyada hi li  h sab ne .........or english koi easy nahi thi bhai ...bas maths jyada difficult or time taking thi is liye sab ne eng ko assaan man liya h ...........last year eng me error k 20 Q assan the (short sentance and repeated rules) is baar assa nahi tha one word and idioms bhi repeated nahi thi ... to final cut off me 50 marks ka dip hona confirm h.... last year bahot logo ne english ko side me rakh k or maths me 190.. 192 mar k bhi job nikali thi ...is saal ye case bhi nahi hoga ......to chill karo or tier 3 me achha karo

Whatever is the cutoff for NIP/IP posts always add 100 marks for final cutoffs as people always say you to score 35-40 marks above the cutoffs & 60 marks in descriptive so this makes an addition of 100 marks in total.

My main concern is for NIp posts and for those who are getting lower marks, if the situation remains gruesome then the NIP cutoffs will be higher than expected. Expect for the gods sake that vacancies remain around 10.5k or 11k otherwise if remains around 9k then it will impact the low scorers. This will raise NIp cutoffs by 7-8 marks from expected cutoffs.

Only benefit from this CGL is for scorers who score medium marks as they stand a chance to get their NIP posts converted to IP post as IP posts are abundant in number and more likely to increase too. So a person who might have ended last year with NIP post scoring mediocore marks can end up this year with an IP post.
