Guys I desperatly need ur honest opinion in the following matter:

I am selected as TA CBEC through SSC CGL 2016 and also as DEO through CHSL 2015. I am getting homestate in both the post and both the post have same Gradepay of 2400. But I am confused about what post to join, due to the different promotion aspects in both the above posts?

Though at first it may look naturally that I must join TA CBEC post as it is a graduate level post but the promotion is very slow in TA CBEC and with new RR rules introduced it may take 10 years for a TA to become STA. It will take a very long time for a TA to reach a gazetted post in his lifetime.

Whereas in DEO CAG, one can sit for SAS Exam after 2 years of service and after clearing SAS exam, one can become AAO. But I have also heard some negative remarks about AAO like there is frequent travelling in AAO and also work life balance is not so good. Also it is not very easy to clear SAS exam in the first place.

By the above mentioned conditions, what should I join, TA CBEC or DEO CAG? Please give your honest opinions. Thanks in advance.

चलो 1 नजर डालते है कि कैसे परीक्षार्थी genuine या non genuine वाली स्टेज तक पहुचता है ।

4 परीक्षार्थी A,B,C,D मानलो पेपर देते है, ये चारों CGL 16 में सेलेक्ट नहीं हो पाए थे, तो ये non-genuine थे उन परीक्षार्थियों की नजरों में जो सेलेक्ट हुए थे ।

अब CGL17 के प्री में A,B,C का सिलेक्शन हो जाता है और D रह जाता है टफ पेपर की वजह से ।

D normalisation की डिमांड करता है, A,B और C उसको non-genuine का टैग दे देते है ।

अब CGL 17 के मेन्स में A, B तो पास हो जाते है लेकिन C रह जाता है, वो आवाज उठाता है धांधली के खिलाफ, उसकी आवाज को दबाने के लिए A और B delay से बचने के लिए C को non genuine का टैग दे देते है ।

अब आता है descriptive इसमे B बाहर हो जाता है और अब वो भी C के साथ हो जाता है । तब A उसको non-Genuine का टैग दे देता है ।

फाइनल रिजल्ट में A भी बाहर हो जाता है और अब जो 4 लोग CGL 17 के प्री से पहले GENUINE थे अब NON-GENUINE हो जाते है ।
