CTC system is not followed by central government....but if we compare salaries of PSU employee to that of central government employee then what is approx CTC of GP 4600 IP Post??

It may be a basic question, but still needs clarity. Were everyone supposed to give T3 or the only ones who qualified T2. May be SSC postponed T3 so that it can release the T2 results meanwhile ?
