Correction:

The last question I posted about the Emergency Provisions, it has been taken from the Govt of India Act, 1935. By mistake, I mentioned British Constitution as the correct option. 

The Wiemar Republic gives the provision of suspension of fundamental rights during Emergency, and it a feature of the provision of emergency and not the provision itself.
