Ssc is taking time to declare the result ... a lot of it.. they have obviously kept some extra time when they planned to notify that they ll declare it on 4th.. so guys its done.. I am 1000% sure it ll come today... they gave 4th just bcoz tier 1 starts from 5th. Its coming coming.
