i'm seeing a psychiatrist and i might be a transgender woman. i have not disclosed this to ssc at the time of dv since my psychiatrist has not given me any certificate for this till now. he wants to take more sessions and then evaluate properly. if i later disclose it to my boss as well as ssc, will i lose my job?
there is no law right now to prevent me from losing the job. only the nalsa judgement by supreme court
