In the commission'S copy of admission certificate , where we have signed , given the thumb impression and written something about environment degradation , is there anything printed on the backside of that admission certificate ? My graduation date was 2nd Aug, 2016.... And cgl cutoff date 1st Aug, 2016.... I thought they would verify the documents leniently...but they were strict rejected me saying ' U r the eighth candidate we r rejecting from ur university'... And the university is WBUT(WEST BENGAL University of Technology) , the worst university in India .....

I have read that Female candidates are given preference when it comes to homestate posting. How does this work? Is it in cases where scores are tied or do they get preference even if they are a few marks short of a male candidate? Please help.
