Demonitisation is a situation where a particular currency which is in
circulation is being stopped as a legal tender. On 9th november 2016,
the government of india demonitised rs500 and rs1000 notes of mahatma
gandhi series and remonitised by introducing the same series of Rs500
and Rs2000 new notes.
The need for demonitisation was felt due to the increase in the level
of corruption in the nation thereby the money getting converted
illegally into black. Moreover, there was a huge terror funding with
the black money existing in the economy. It was really a great shock
for those who stored money in their storeplaces till then.
It all started from GOI with the declaration of PMJDY scheme which
made the citizens of the nation to have a bank account, then
announcing to declare any unaccounted money with the people to the IT
department and suddenly demonitisation.
Ofcourse it made the people to suffer for getting money at atms and
banks standing in the long queues and fruit sellers,daily wage earners
for getting change for Rs.2000 note for short term, in the long term
it is expected that the citizens of the nation get benefited and also
the nation goes cashless economy or atleast less cash economy thereby
decreasing the unaccounted money in the economy.
But after introduction of Rs2000 into the economy there must be strict
vigilance on the accounts of the people along with strict patrolling
from police department regarding the fake note circulatin in the
nation so that the maximum positive effect of the demonitisation can
be felt by all the people of the nation.

With due respect I would like to draw your attention to the following facts for consideration about swatch bharat mission and take necessary action.
Swatch bharat mission was initiated with a view to make clean India.But this seems to be in far reaching from the target.The major problem for this is that only majority of the educated people aware of this mission where in rural areas and in some urban there is not much awareness among the people about the mission in our district. And the sad part is that people are active in social media about this mission and not in reality. Even if an area is cleaned under this mission soon it is getting spoiled by other irresponsible fellows and this brings fatigue in the active participants and they are discouraged.
Therefore i would request you to create proper awareness campaigns in rural and urban areas and recognize and reward the ative participants.

Essay on 'Namami Gange' 'Namami Gange' is an ambitious cleanliness drive of the GoI, launched in July, 2014, that seeks to integrate the multi-ministerial, multi-sectoral efforts to clean, protect & rejuvenate river Ganga, vis-a-vis, develop its basin, dwelt by more than 40% population of the country. To realise this vision, the project was taken up by the National Mission on Clean Ganga, as an entirely centrally sponsored scheme, covering 47 towns in 8 states. The project entails modernization and redevelopment of ghats, crematoriums and sewage infrastructure in the vicinity of river bank, afforestation with special emphasis on medicinal plants, conservation of biodiversity along the river. Industries located along its bank are instructed to imbibe 'reduce-recycle-reuse' principle to foster efficient waste management. Mechanisms are devised to arrest sewage discharge beforehand and process it before final disposal into the river. PPP model is being encouraged for wastewater treatment and effective utilization of funds. 'Ganga Gram Yojana', initiated in 400 villages along the river bank for upgradation of sanitation facilities, makes it coherent with the 'Swatch Bharat Abhiyaan'. Nevertheless, execution of the programme hasn't been devoid of impediments. The long span between its announcement & commencement has drawn sharp criticism; while many have feared the move to meet the same fate as the Ganga Action Plan (1986) did. In order for 'Namami Gange' not following suit, the authority must realise that mere cosmetic changes would only serve the old wine in new bottle. What's needed is a strategic blueprint which can dictate the course of action, acknowledging the diversity in requirements & aspirations of different stakeholders. In the end, unidirectional political effort is highly sought to make the endeavour a success.
