bhai list 2 nikaal ke to list 4 walon ko demoralise kar diya... so bleak chances of anyone from list 4 to surpass 15000 people in list 2, for about 5000 or 6000 posts. Statisically possible, practically impossible.

Marks of tier 3 will be added to our tier 1 + tier 2 score or just tier 3 is qualifying nature ..... as they have given separate list 2 and list 4 I am a bit confused ... a guy at 448 with tier 3 score .....70 Will have more than a guy with 451 with tier 3 score.....65 then why this separate list???
