So guys your interpretation is here:
449+70=519, assuming css cut off to be 510. the candidate grabs css with cpt qualifying ( a must)
422+90= 512. candidate, though securing more than cut off of 510 is not eligible for CSS.
the question is why?
the ans: SSC has sole right to set a minimum cut off for posts and candidate need to score above that cut off to qualify for the aforementioned post.
note: the ball being in ssc court, they decided to not set IP for 422-449 range of candidates.
PS: this is just my interpretation. now, its U vs SSC.

Faaltu me confusion failaane ki zarurat nahi hai.write up me sab kuch saaf saaf likha hai ki list 1,2,3,4 kya hai aur kis ka cpt hoga kiska dest hoga.Nip ip kuch hai ni iss baar.List 4 is the main list.list 4 is for only css and mea.Ab ye faltu rank prediction mt kro ki 449 se upar kitne log hain.do teen din me marks aa jaenge tb dekh lena.vaise bhi main decider iss bar tier 3 hai.toh padhlo ab.
I guess they mistakenly put simultaneously tier 4 and DEST... both are same... correct me if I m wrong...
t3 ke bad list nikalna chahiye cpt aur dest ka..
t1+t2+t3 ka marks jod kar interview post aur non interview post ban sakta hai.
interview bole to 4200+ grade pay
non interview 2400 2800 gp.
simply guessing.
Can someone explain how allotment of FINAL seats is done? Say a OBC has qualified at UR cut off in tier 2, finally after tier 3 will be get seat in OBC category or general?
