Regarding 3 Supreme Court Cases:- These cases have not be listed for hearing in the Hon'ble Court. Listing Date is 20.1.2017. The listing date is the admittance of the case by Hon'ble Court, if merits are found in the case else on the same day it will be disposed off or transferred to the lower Court. Hon'ble Court will check if the fundamental rights of a citizen haVEbeen violated or not.
2. Regarding CAT Case:Cases have been admitted 3 in number and 1 more to be listed today. The Honble CAT has given 2 weeks for rejoinder and 4 weeks for filing reply. However, the case has been listed on 7.3.2017. The Court has also given provisional decision not final. Even if SSC goes through smooth process, nothing will happen only result of the candidates who have filed the case will be with held and if merit found their result will be disclosed, however chances are less.
3. SSC Tube:- SSC tube on sunday stated that the result will be delayed due to Elections. Now he has taken stand that the result will be delayed due to Court Case, which is contradictory itself. So to gain publicity, everything is being volated. Yesterday, he has posted CPO Result is ready, i don't know from where he gets these secret information. Result is very confidentail in nature.
