I called up NWR office in the evening. They told that result would be out by Jan end and Tier 3 in Feb.

Dosto firm date hai 28-2-2017 ..Iska matlab yeh nhi Result 28 ka aayega...15-16 February mein result aa jayega..5 Ko tier 3 hoga...100℅ confirm..SSC safe khelta hai..

I think there will be a gap of atleast 2-3 weeks between Tier 2 result declaration and Tier 3. So Mid Feb results will be out. That means most likely keys and representation filing will be done by Jan end. Not bad at all I reckon.

Tube said he had to say delay due to elections otherwise there would have been grievances against tube if he had said what the exact reason was n now this unprecedented delay. Intriguing. If You smell what SSC is cooking.👃

Bhaiyon UDC ki result declaration 31 Jan thi but the result was declared on 11th itself. So hamara bhi jaldi aa jaega latest by 2nd week of Feb. Date baad ki di so that people don't call them again and again
