Examiner ke naam pe sabse jyada bakchodi hoti hai...log kehte hai they earn 1 lakh/day(seriously?)..Agar bollywood style me top level smugglers ke sath koi uthna baithna nahi hai to upar ki kamai bhool jao..no one is going to serve you money on a silver platter..Examiner se upar bhi log hote hai - appraiser, asst commsnr and the likes...kya vo log bewkuf baithe hai? Examiner kama raha hai 1 lakh,commisioner kama raha hai 10 lakh/day..Limit hoti hai bakchodi ki...after reading shitty blogs(there is no dearth of them and most of which have copied their content verbatim from Mrunal.org) people think life of examiner/excise insp. is rosy with lots of money..ITI ke lie kisi ne keh dia ki CBI peeche padi rehti hai to log sochte hai ki ITI me paisa hi nahi hai...kamane vale ITI me bhi kamate hai aur kamane vale Excise/PO/Examiner me bhi kamate hai..but har ek chiz ka karne ka ek dhang hota hai, you need to have a cunning mind to do all this shit..normal bando ke bas ki bat nahi hai ye sab..remember intelligence or cgl marks dont equate to cunningness..If you are cunning and willing to take a risk for your life you may as well earn more than even 1 lakh..100 bando me se 3-4 bande hi ye sab kar pate hai...CSS ko IAS ka defacto coaching centre bana diya gaya hai, Examiner/Excise ko black money ki dukan bana dia hai, ITI ko social respect se jod diya hai, MEA ko max white money se jod diya gaya hai(kabhi India se bahar kadam rakha hai aur pata kiya hai cost of living in US/UK?) . Zara un logo ki batein suna karo jo pehle se in posts pe selected hai na ki un do kaudi ke blogs ki jo kuch bhi utha ke chipka dete hai.

Why more number of OBC candidates will come under UR cutoff this year?? Reasons:
1) total number of vacancies IN IP is 4261. This rank marks after after tier2 is around 437.
2) In OBC ranklist look for 442 marks(i have taken variation of 442-437=5 marks for some unknown reasons). Around 640 Candidates cross this number (442).
3) chances of cutoff of Excise Inspector is one of the lowest (Max in bottom 3), which is top 10 preferred post for many.
Conclusion:
1) Around 600 students can come in UR category cutoff this year.
2)total vacancy of OBC for IP is 2035. So around 2600 OBC candidates can take an IP.
3) In OBC category if someone has 410 marks, he has fair chances of getting an IP. Also for OBC lowest IP cutoff can be around 460
Assumption: Interview marks is Average to all.
