Some of my friends who has got Income tax Inspector through ssc cgl 2010 in gujrat region, have got appointment letter in first week of sept 2011. I have got patna region. Is there anybody who has got appointment letter from patna region?
cald up VADODARA CX today...dey said tht dey havent recivd d dossiers yet(inspectors)...nd it wil take quite a time fo d final posting nd ol...
whn askd abt d police verification part dey said tht it wud b done after joining...gud fo us...!!!
NOt exactly by Oct 31st they have not yet decided
it may be possible by 45 days to 60days as bangalore zone........

very very ....good news for tax asst in bangalore zone....
ths time police verfication after joining 4 ta but before joining 4 inspector....
today i talked and confirmed by cbec bangalore zone....
for tax asst in bangalore zone.....
they informed we get letters with in ten days....
and then we have to go to banagalore for document verification...
after that we get appointment letters..they give 3 weeks time to join....

In mumbai customs
the letters for physical, medical along with attestation form will be sent tommorow...
the process is expected to start from 2nd week of october....batches of 25-30 candidates are being made....one batch will take 3 days.....he also said that concerned authorities in mumbai customs are very serious about following the 31st october deadline....
