der were alumni....we talked wid dem....1 of em was VP Reliance communications.....another was TCS ka head HR....recently voted as the chairman....itz not just about the placement boss.....itzz about making careers.....
i think itz high time....you believe dese guys for once

To make our merit list, the weightage given to CAT/ MAT is 30%. The weightage given to the GD panel is 40%. The weightage given to Interview Panel is 30%. The mark allotted to the essay is 30 and 1/3 of the mark obtained by the applicant in essay is added to the total marks. Thus the merit list is drawn out of 110 marks.

The basic concept is to impress the interviewer with atleast one quality of your whatever it may be.
Many people with high scores (even I know a few) didnt get calls from BIMM may be because they failed to make a place in the mind of the interviewer in those 20 mins..
Here weightage is given not only to academics but also to extra curricular activities.
If you have been a good sportsman (at district, state or national level) or if you have been an active member of any organization..... it increases your chance of converting the call...
