The core idea behind Soft Skills Builders is that it is increasingly becoming imperative for students to learn soft skills such as Communication skills, Organizational skills, Time Management etc. However, there are very limited, or often shallow, avenues for learning the same. Everybody expects others to know them, but no one is actually ready to teach them at the student level, at the area they are most comfortable studying - their abode of educations, their institutions.
The idea behind this post is to connect with everyone and get their feedback; and even more importantly to provide help where needed.

The core idea behind Soft Skills Builders is that it is increasingly becoming imperative for students to learn soft skills such as Communication skills, Organizational skills, Time Management etc. However, there are very limited, or often shallow, avenues for learning the same.
We also understand that these skills are something which can not be taught in a one to one lecture sort of way. The only way to effectively impart these skills is in a larger group and where people get a chance to practice these skills while learning. We also understand that good communication is not about speaking English in such a way to put a Brit to shame. Communication (and subsequently soft skills) is all about communicating thoughts in the best possible manner. Soft skills is not only about manners but also about mannerisms.
Keeping all these factors in mind, we have developed modules comprising:
A) 20 point session on various skills required in a corporate career
B) Interactive games, Case studies, Role plays
C) Practicing in front of audience, Video recordings
