Eligibility criteria for DELL & BELL VOICE Process:
Graduation or 15 years of education (Under graduates with over 1 year experience may be considered)
Should have strong knowledge on Computer hardware, peripherals, OS & Networks ( No compromise)
Strongly skilled at diagnosing and troubleshooting computer hardware / software issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge on Internet (wired & wireless) preferred
Call taking experience & experience in MS office preferred
Professional demeanor, attitude and strong desire to succeed
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high pressure environment and the ability to adapt to change
Highly motivated and energetic with fundamental technical knowledge and skills / willing to learn
