Salary Package : 1.96 to 2.23 (take home salary is between 13k to 15K) + incentives

Shift : US (rotational night shift) 5 days working and any 2 days off

Job Location : Chennai

Transportation : Free cab (home pick up and drop)

Selection Procedure for Voice process:

JAM Session: Candidates are given a topic to speak on & evaluated on their voice, fluency, pronunciation & Grammar.


Written Test (Aptitude, Grammar, Technical questions)

Personal interview – Operations Manager

Skill Set:

Eligibility criteria for DELL & BELL VOICE Process:

Graduation or 15 years of education (Under graduates with over 1 year experience may be considered)

Should have strong knowledge on Computer hardware, peripherals, OS & Networks ( No compromise)

Strongly skilled at diagnosing and troubleshooting computer hardware / software issues

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge on Internet (wired & wireless) preferred

Call taking experience & experience in MS office preferred

Professional demeanor, attitude and strong desire to succeed

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high pressure environment and the ability to adapt to change

Highly motivated and energetic with fundamental technical knowledge and skills / willing to learn

Self-discipline and composure.
