But I recently took SIMCAT 9(my first SIMCAT) and scored OA-77 =>94.xx %ile

Well I have a doubt

Are the mock percentiles in IMS inflated???

I'm a regular AIMCAT taker..But I haven't touched 80 %ile in it Max being 78 %ile

ok.So This is how i perceived SIMCAT 10 to be...
I am not too fond of SIMCATs as i dont find it anywhere near to AIMCATs,still....
A perfect blend of a typical CAT paper..It had questions of both moderate as well as difficult level.Many people might not have given it,so i should better not discuss about the questions... but yeah,for those who are about to attempt it...i promise it would be fun.Its a typical moderate-level CAT paper.

My scorecard goes as follows..

Section 1...Attempt-17...Correct-14, wrong-3 (39)
Section 2...Attempt-20...Correct-13, wrong-7 (32)

Overall-Attempt-37...correct-27,wrong-10. (71)...
A few 120+ wont be a surprise in this SIM Best of luck. :thumbsup:

Actaully d reason is dat d simcat takers r lesser in no.s,when compared 2 aimcats.But if u compare ur simcat percentile wid d real cat..den u r gonna score sumwhere near 2 it(*if u give a performance comparable 2 it).

Gave SIMCAT 10 today..
was at the center @ 9am (my scheduled time) but no sight of IMS people..
Had to wait for half an hour or so...
Well, now regarding the Test, the level of difficulty was moderate in QA & DI
I found the Verbal section tough...especially the RC's......
My overall score : 51
QA & DI : 14 attempts 11C, 3w
Verbal & LR : 14 attempts 9c, 6W :banghead:
Don't know wat happened but my accuracy is gone for a toss

Overall: 77 :banghead: did not attempt RC,did only 1
cleared cutoffs,but overall is very less. who will clear it for me :banghead:

I know this is out of context but if anybody cld mail me the SIMCAT papers. I have enrolled in TIME and CL. I would be happy to share these two test series papers with you. I really want to try out the questions of SIMCAT s too.
