m trying to procure the siib form from last three days but its unavailable in ludhiana, patiala n even chandigarh .....plz help me out if nythng can b done now .......is it possible to register myself by sending a draft??????? is it available anywhere right now???? if yes plz inform me earliest

I think there are some additional forms being dispatched to places where there is a shortage ...will confirm this frm office tomorrow and let u know..today is a holiday

P.S-You have to register online as well as fill up the application form enclosed with the prospectus

I was filling the forms and mixed the SIBM and SIIB forms. Now i coudnt make out to which institutes i must send the given self addressed stickers. I will be really greatful if anyone could tell me whether the stickers are provided in SIBM or SIIB application forms...

YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR SIIB IS INCOMPLETE.IMMEDIATELY REGISTER ONLINE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE WWW.SIIB.AC.IN LAST DATE FOR REGISTRATION IS 5/1/2008

However I have already bought the form for Rs 1,200/- and sent the duly filled form via speed post.
Now I have also registered through the website mentioned. As soon as the registration was complete a new window appeared which say
" please send a DD in favour of SIIB for Rs 1,200"
What am I to do now

form no. 009803 cud u chk the status of my form
i have also registered at the siib site

This is for all those students who are in a fix cos of non-availability of prospectus in their cities.Well,I am just coming from the office....u'll be glad to know that additional prospectus are being disptached to centres all over India viz Delhi,Chandigarh,Ludhiana,Bangalore etc...these would be reaching by tomorrow afternoon...so u can buy them tomorrow and send ur applications ASAP :)

Also,in case u r not able to get the prospectus,just register online and send the DD for the required amount..upon receipt of draft,we'll send an email to you with the application form as attachment..u can download the form,take a print-out ,fill it up and send it across.

as u said i'l get a draft tomorrow morning and send it back
but m not sure how long thats gonna take
evn if i recieve the mail on the 4th
it wont reach siib by 5th in any case
5th is the last date for submission...

Pls avail this option only in case u r not able to get the prospectus..
Last date is 5th Jan as of now...u can send the form thru courier co. like Bluedart who guarantee next-day delivery :)

But now with ppl discussing about the Online thing I tried to login with my Snap ID and Mail ID. Filled my personal details, educational details and Workex details, Chose the two courses and submitted the same...
Is that All or any other thing that has to be done in Online...???
Also is there any way to check the SIIB office if our application form has reached???
Please help me out in this regard..

You will not receive any confirmation mail regarding the receipt of your forms..At the moment,Its not possible to check the status in person too cos of huge rush of forms..It may be possible only after monday i.e 7th Jan

The best u cud do is check the status of ur courier/speed-post etc. whether the form has been delivered or not.:)

Hey Johnny ,

You r on the right track :)
Just make sure that u fill all the details in the online form and click on 'submit' and then 'confirm'

i have a query here... i have filled and sent the SIIB form and also register online.
But when i open the online form the nxt time i see some values of the form still blank e.g. the procurement mode and Industry/sector.
what do i do?? how will i ensure that the form is properly submitted??
